What if we could swim along the Singapore skyline?
The “Marina Bay Sands” in Singapore has broken the record for the most expensive hotel to construct (4 billion pounds)—beforehand this record was held by a luxury hotel in Dubai. This 2,560-room hotel (for 350 pounds a night) has just been inaugurated on the 24th of June with a concert given by Diana Ross (a year behind schedule). Its rooftop negative horizon swimming pool, is the biggest ever constructed at such a height, and is integrated in a platform as long as the Eiffel Tower is high. Not recommended if you’re afraid of heights!
