What if the pages took you places?
When I watched the above video, I found myself thinking that Outdoor Grand Prix rightly belonged to Bing and its agency Droga 5 for their campaign “Decode Jay-Z”. The campaign litteraly walked in Jay-Z’s footsteps, with pages from the book excerpted in their natural habitat and reprinted in original ways. This was by far one of the year’s most creative campaigns.
In the outdoor category TBWA went home with 3 Silver Lions, going to TBWA\SMP for the Boysen Campaign which featured paintings of animals, Creative
Juice Bangkok for the MMP corporation, and TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris South Africa for the Endangered Wildlife Trust, where each and every being of an endangered species was put on billboards (visuals below, click to zoom).
