What if “The Killer Idea” were a movie?

If my 2009 book The Killer Idea (published in France as L’idée qui tue) were a film, it would probably be Inception, the latest thriller from Christopher Nolan (director of The Dark Night, Memento, The Prestige, and Insomnia) starring Leonardo di Caprio, Marion Cotillard, and Ellen Page. It will be released on July 21, 2010. Inception tells the story of an executive who is targeted for his work on the architecture of the mind. Judging by the movie’s tagline “Your mind is the scene of the crime,” this film is bound to shake up neurons! The above preview reminds us that an idea is “the most resilient parasite” and that an idea “can transform the world and rewrite all the rules.” Simply put, the definition of the Killer Idea (and of Disruption) 😉
