What if Google got your shoes to talk to your glasses?
The yearly tech-media juggernaut SXSW is in full force in Austin, Texas until March 17th, with its conferences, exhibitions, and wild parties. Among the most talked about gadgets this year are Google’s “Talking Shoes” that transform data gathered from the wearer’s movements into funny messages which could be broadcast on social networks and potentially appear on Google Glasses. Aside from the fun of the idea, one could imagine that this data could be transformed into instructions in various aspects of human activity. This experiment is
part of Google’s “Art, Copy, Code” which aims to introduce a social experience to connected objects.
