What if a billboard could be occasionally perfect?

I saw this video on Rob Schwartz’s excellent blog Metal Potential (who also contributes to Forbes).  In New York this summer, Heineken put up an “occasionally perfect” billboard, the occasion happened to be a TV on the Radio Concert, given to passersby.  A perfect way to connect with your target audience!
